スナップエンドウ

もう春ですね。美味しいスナップえんどうが、出てきましたよ。

肉厚ですが、皮と豆茹でるとちょうどよい歯ごたえで、甘みもあり

ドレッシングをかけなくても美味しいので、そのままサラダや

煮物もOKです。春の味はいかがですか？
